What is ShulkBook?
ShulkBook ("shulk" means fee) is web software for collecting recurring payments: it keeps track of who owes what, sends WhatsApp reminders, collects by UPI and issues receipts.
Who can use it?
Tuition and coaching centres, music, dance and sports academies, daycares, schools, gyms and yoga studios, PGs and hostels, and housing societies. You choose your type when you sign up and can change it later.
Who makes ShulkBook?
ShulkBook is built and run by [[LEGAL_NAME]], a registered MSME based in [[CITY]], Assam, India.
Does ShulkBook collect the money for me?
No. Parents pay by UPI directly into the account linked to your UPI ID. ShulkBook only records the payment and issues the receipt.
Do people paying need to install an app?
No. Parents, members, tenants and residents get a WhatsApp message with a link that opens in any browser and lets them pay with any UPI app.
Can a housing society track its expenses?
Yes. Record expenses like security, lift maintenance and electricity, and download a monthly income vs expenses report to share with residents.
Is my students' data safe?
Each organisation's data is kept separate and visible only to it. We never sell or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
